Tax reporting obligations
Client’s duty to inform
The client acknowledges that tax disclosure obligations — in particular under DAC6 (EU Directive 2018/822), national tax regulations, or international tax agreements — are their own responsibility. GWS is not obliged to review, monitor, or fulfil the client’s tax reporting obligations.
No liability for non-disclosure
GWS accepts no liability for tax or regulatory consequences arising from unreported or insufficiently reported tax arrangements. Clients are expressly advised to contact their tax advisers or the competent authorities to clarify their individual reporting obligations.
Scope of advice
All GWS services expressly exclude any form of binding tax or legal advice. GWS provides strategic business and economic-efficiency analysis only. Clients should independently obtain a tax and legal review from qualified professionals in their respective tax jurisdiction.
Indemnification
The client indemnifies GWS, its members, managers, employees, and agents against any claims that may arise from tax disclosure obligations or regulatory requirements, including fines, tax penalties, or other sanctions.

Governing law & jurisdiction
