Who are we?

GWS Global Wealth Strategists helps established, non-US entrepreneurs get real access to the US financial system. Structure, US business banking, and the operational work that keeps it running.

The brand is new. So is its own US entity, GWS Global Wealth Strategists Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Miami. The team behind it is not new: the people, the licences, the network and the track record come from Globale Finanzstrategen, a brand of Weissschnur Smart Concepts LLC, operating from the same office. Same team, same process, now serving founders internationally in English.

We are not a coaching company and not an information product. This is an operational service with people who do the work.

Are we a real, registered company?

Yes, and the record worth checking is the operating company. GWS Global Wealth Strategists is a brand. The company that operates it is Weissschnur Smart Concepts LLC, a Florida company with its own federal tax ID and a physical Miami office, and it is the same company behind the Globale Finanzstrategen brand. That is the registry entry with the history behind it, so start there.

There is also a Delaware corporation carrying the brand name, GWS Global Wealth Strategists Inc., incorporated through Harvard Business Services in July 2026. It is a connected company, set up when the English-language brand launched. We list it below for completeness, but a registration that young proves nothing about track record, and we would not ask you to treat it as proof.

We also run our own accounting and tax work in house, including IRS-enrolled agents. Most operators in this space forward your paperwork to a third party. We do not.

Is the office real, or a virtual address?

It is real. Brickell City Tower sits in the Miami financial district, and we have our own team in the building. Our name is on the directory downstairs.

This matters more than it sounds. When you come to Miami to open your accounts, you are not meeting someone in a hotel lobby. You are collecting documents at our office, and someone from our team walks the week with you.

Who is Sebastian Weißschnur?

He is the strategist behind the economic and geopolitical framework GWS works with, and deliberately not the face of our advertising. His role is analytical: how political intervention, jurisdictional risk, capital mobility and cross-border structures actually affect entrepreneurs, investors and internationally mobile families.

In 2021, Palgrave Macmillan, an imprint of Springer Nature, published his 436-page academic work The Proportionality of State Intervention: EU Responses to the Global Economic Crisis, 2008–2020.

Drawing on original data, survey evidence and case studies, it examines how European governments and EU institutions responded to the financial crisis, the sovereign-debt crisis and the economic consequences of Covid-19. It assesses when state intervention is proportionate, when it becomes excessive, and which frameworks let member states respond more effectively.

Cross-border wealth and business decisions are never made in a political vacuum. Tax policy, regulation, monetary stability, capital mobility and government intervention decide whether a jurisdiction is genuinely resilient or merely attractive on paper. Most providers sell you a structure. We start one question earlier: will the jurisdiction behind that structure still hold in ten years?
